We all have different ideas of how projects should be handled. Here at Zoodia we have spent enough time with enough projects to have what we consider to be a good workflow for almost any situation. While we are flexible and always open to suggestions here's a few tips that we hope will make your time with us as enjoyable as possible.
How to communicate with us.
We try to make ourselves available for communication via many different methods in order to work with what's comfortable to you. That said there is a difference between instant and delayed communications and both play an important role in getting a project completed. By default the status marked on any instant messaging applications will be away. This is not because we are trying to hide from you, we are just trying to get work done! If something is urgent please contact us via telephone at 1-(810)-503-4476 or instant messenger. If the subject matter is non-urgent then please use e-mail to contact us. This allows us to stay on task and get your project done faster!.
Our hours of operation.
We work with clients from all over the world and as such our hours can vary on a day to day basis. As a rule of thumb we devote at least 8 hours per day to client work and we do not work on weekends. Of course extraordinary circumstances can change all of these rules. Because of this please do not hesitate to contact us day or night with any questions you may have.
Avoiding the guess and check game.
We understand that your website is a big deal to you, it is a big deal to us as well! That said we like to avoid the guess and check game in design as often as we can. We will help push you towards discovering what type of website you are actually looking for before getting into the actual design phase. If we don't have much to go on the initial concept for your website will be either hit or miss which can run into extra revisions for you! Try and take the time to find some websites that you like the look of (even if they aren't related to your field) as this will go a very long way in helping us nail the design you want.
